The marketing agency Power Digital is a unique place where company culture is at its core focused on growth, expertise, creativity, and confidence. Some of their mottos that resonated with me are: Challenge yourself, don't wait to be challenged, Don't dwell on the problem, find the solution, Go above what is necessary every chance you get, and Have fun and don't take yourself too seriously.
During my time in the internship, I worked remotely so I had to familiarize myself with communication platforms such as Slack, Google Suite, and Asana to keep track of due dates, tasks, and important milestones. I worked with different clients but the one I was most invested in was Bobo’s, a mother and daughter company of oat bars and other baked goods made with healthy ingredients and in small batches but lots of love. My role was to design their email marketing in collaboration with a strategist who provided structured copywriting documents for me to follow closely for each month. However, I still had creative liberties for implementing another vision of their existing style and assets within the style guide constraints.

This project was to help the internal marketing department to make a flyer in email format that reflected more the company’s message than simple text. Therefore, I referenced a style guide, assets, and website to convey the appropriate voice and style of the agency to create two high-contrast versions to choose from.
